Equis-O Eventos offers significant experience with international event planning, having worked for corporations, government institutions, universities and NGO´s. We have negotiated contracts and conducted business in Mexico since 1996, which has allowed us to build good contacts with vendors with whom we have well-developed relationships. We are sensitive to budget concerns, without ever sacrificing quality. Congresses and Conventions: Academic, Corporate and commercial events.

convention hallOaxaca is not a well known destination for Congresses and Conventions as it does not have a registered Convention Center. Nevertheless it offers several locations that can be adapted to these kinds of events. The city has hotels with conference hall spaces of 800 m2 that can be subdivided for work session, and a large exhibition hall of more than 2400 m2, excellent for fairs and exhibitions.

There is also Santo Domingo Cultural Center, with its unique setting in a recently restored XVI Century convent, that has an auditorium and several indoor and outdoor spaces that can be adapted for the needs of Congresses or Conventions.

Oaxaca has competitive prices and offers a wide selection of vendors and suppliers of technical equipment, avoiding the cost and hassle of bringing anything from outside.
